Single and double cylinder natural gas engines
DIADEMA ENGINE manufactures with the know-how of KUBOTA (Japan) motors to drive the Individual Mechanical Pumping Devices in oil wells.
Due to its super robust construction, it is suitable for heavy duty work, 24 / 7 / 365, minimizing well stoppages, avoiding production losses.
These engines are of low revolutions so they have a very low wear with a very low associated maintenance. In some cases, depending on the country and area, DIADEMA motors have shown to have a lower operating cost than an electric motor.
They are capable of using natural gas from the wellhead with low or high BTU for their operation, avoiding power lines, or moving liquid fuels and/or costly investments. Also without changing anything in the engine you can use fuels such as LPG, Propane, Butane, Methane, Natural Gas or BioGas.
Our line of motors is made up of 3 units; the KNG 1600E, KNG 3200E and the KNG 6200E; covering powers from 5 to 62 HP.
They are installed from the extreme south of Argentina and Chile/Punta Arenas to Canada; The Middle East is another important destination.
